Priced around your school, not a seat count
Music schools differ enormously in shape — a studio with four teachers and an institute running graded programs are not the same product problem. Pricing is agreed per school rather than pulled from a tier table.
What it depends on
The number of active students and teachers, whether you take tuition and private-lesson payments through Hiilu, and how much of the term you want us to help set up.
What is included regardless
All three portals, every capability on the Platform page, and the reporting. There is no tier that withholds attendance or hides your own data behind an upgrade.
What is not marked up
Card processing is Stripe’s, at Stripe’s rates, billed to you by Stripe. We do not sit in the middle of your fees.
Getting a number
Tell us the shape of the school and we will quote it
Roughly how many students and teachers, what you run each term, and whether you want to take payment through Hiilu. That is enough for a real figure rather than a range.
